A file that will not open, or a wrong result
This is the most useful thing you can report. To find the cause quickly, say:
- which page you were on, and what you did;
- what you expected, and what happened instead, with the message on the page if there was one;
- your browser and whether you were on a computer or a phone;
- the program that made the file, and its version if you know it.
Attach the file only if you are free to share it. tab3d never sees the files you open on the site, so a file reaches us only if you send it. If it is confidential, a small file that shows the same fault is just as good, or a description of what is in it.
A format or a tool that is missing
Say what you were trying to get done, not only the name of the format. “I have a DWG from an architect and need the floor area” says more than “add DWG”.
